Sollicitation Mars 2015 : DC Comics

Et voici les sollicitations DC Comics pour le mois de mars prochain !!! et si vous vous en souvenez, je trouvais les sollicitations DC assez calme ces derniers temps. Apparemment, en mars, ils ont décidé de me donner tort (tant mieux) puisque ça pète un peu de tous les côtés :

– avec le début de convergence, petit crossover lancé pendant que DC déménage sur la côte est

– la conclusion de l’immense Multiversity de Grant Morrison

– le second tome de Batman Earth One, de Geoff Johns et Gary Frank

– mais la nouvelle qui a sans doute le plus choqué est sans doute le gros nettoyage de printemps effectué par la maison d’édition qui a décidé d’annuler pas moins de 16 titres de son catalogue ! ce qui représente plus de 20% de sa production et ressemble plus à une purge qu’autre chose !

Si des séries peu vendeuses sont principalement visées, certaines franchises encore rentables sont fortement affectées comme les titres Green Lantern, avec 3 séries sur 5 annulées, dont Green Lantern Corps et New Gardians. Bien évidemment, on sent bien que tout cela va faire place à un nouveau relaunch de la franchise. Il faut dire que les titres ont soufferts après le départ de Geoff Johns et que la franchise a perdu de sa superbe tant en termes critique que commerciale. On peut donc imaginer que DC veut secouer tout cela par un bon gros relaunch dans les prochains mois.

En tout cas, il va falloir surveiller ce que prépare l’éditeur dans les prochains mois, car je doute fort que cette pluie d’annulation ne soit bientôt suivie par une avalanche de lancements. Mais combien de séries la franchise Batman peut elle encore porter ???

    – avec le début de convergence, petit crossover lancé pendant que DC déménage sur la côte est => En fait c’est pas sur Mars, ça sort le 1er Avril.

    – la conclusion de l’immense Multiversity de Grant Morrison => En fait c’est pas sur Mars, ça sort le 1er Avril.

    – le second tome de Batman Earth One, de Geoff Johns et Gary Frank => En fait c’est pas sur Mars, ça sort en Mai.

    Ms, on est d’acc, ça été annoncé sur les sollicitations de Mars 2015.

    En tous cas, en ce mois de mars, ils font des tests sur ce sujet. 25 titres Batfamilly sur 72 parutions

    • Ils assurent leurs arrières en estampillant « Endgame » les one-shots en plus. C’est à la fois bien car ça ne parasite pas les titres concernés, mais du coup cela double les parutions artificiellement. Comme chez Marvel, il y a un gros sentiment d’event qui se dégage chez DC, entre les imbroglio spatio-temporels de Futures End/World’s End qui doivent aboutir à Convergence, les arcs de Batman qui sont constamment annoncés comme des classiques immédiats tout en impactant occasionnellement les autres Bat-titres sans oublier Batman Eternal qui nous promettait de tout péter (et qui a servi de rampe de lancement à Arkham Manor ou de virage pour Catwoman), les multi-crossovers Green Lantern ou encore Justice League dont les arcs avant menaient à Trinity War/Forever Evil et qui maintenant propose la Darkseid War.
